Let's Breastfeed

Gathering information that will be relevant to creating the breastfeeding experience You would like, is something we aim to facilitate in our antenatal breastfeeding workshops.

Whether you are a first time mum who would like to explore different options available or maybe a second time mum who didn’t master breastfeeding the first time round and would like to know what to look out for this time, we would love to meet you.

There is a Breastfeeding Experience form we will ask you to complete before attending the workshop. This ensures that we can address and include topics in your workshop pack, specifically relevant to your concerns or questions.

We are currently offering one to one consultations, in the comfort of your own home. The group workshops will resume next year in 2012.

Book one of my breastfeeding workshops and I will teach you:

  • How to breastfeed your baby, achieving a good latch from the start
  • How often to nurse your baby and how this changes with age
  • How to avoid or overcome breastfeeding problems quickly

Workshops are held over a one and a half hour period and focus on the practical aspects of breastfeeding. Whilst we will refer to your booklets during the workshop, they are too comprehensive to cover entirely during the workshop but make fantastic bedtime reading and are essential to include when packing your hospital bag.
