When I first started helping mums, I truly believed that if a mum put baby to the breast, he would happily latch on and feed without causing any discomfort.
Whilst many babies do latch and feed without any assistance, there are instances when relevant information and simple latching techniques can make a significant improvement.
I learnt that enabling a client to learn good positioning and attachment techniques early on, we were able to prevent or limit nipple damage and ensure a lasting and enjoyable breastfeeding experience for both mum and baby.
In my Sore Nipples eBook, I would like to share what I have learnt with you, so that you too can enjoy breastfeeding as it should be.
The tips and techniques I detail in my book, have helped thousands of mums overcome breastfeeding challenges, so I am confident that they work.
If you are looking for possible solutions, I would like to help you too.
Here’s what other mums have said:
Hi Geraldine,
Yesterday with you was a lifesaver – it is going SO much better with the techniques you taught us. I look forward to connecting later. Thanks.

Hi Geraldine,
Nobody looked inside my baby’s mouth even though my nipples were pouring with blood each time Jack fed. I was simply told it would get better and to keep trying. He had a tongue tie, as you predicted. Immediately after it had been snipped, breastfeeding was such a pleasure! I was so depressed and had decided to give up and then by some miracle, I found your “Sore Nipples” eBook!
Words can’t thank you enough!

Did you find the information useful?
Very – there was a lot of information, theory, tips etc that I hadn’t heard from anywhere else.
Would you recommend the Sore Nipples eBook to your friends?
Yes, and I already have!

The reason I wanted to put this knowledge into an eBook, was so that mums all over, could access information quickly and easily, regardless of time or day.
I am excited that it has enabled mums to find the help they needed and were able to continue breastfeeding without pain.

Sometimes nipple tenderness and pain may threaten to disrupt or interfere with breastfeeding, which will be upsetting for a mum.
By learning how to identify the cause of your problem, you will be able to resolve any current discomfort and avoid developing similar challenges during your breastfeeding relationship.
