Last week, I promised to look for more exciting ways to help mums increase their milk supply. We started with a soup, which was quite delicious but these, are far more exciting!
These cookies would make a fantastic gift for any friends or sisters who have recently had a baby and would certainly be different. I will definitely be offering these to the mums on my Breastfeeding workshops in future.
If you have found any great recipes you would like to share with other mums, drop me a line. My direct email is g@letsbreastfeed.com.
Enjoy baking!

* Sift together dry ingredients, except oats and chips. Add to margarine mixture. Stir in oats then chips.
* Scoop or drop onto baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment or silpat. The dough is a little crumbly, so it helps to use a scoop.
