Summer soup for nursing mums

4th May 2010

What is going on with the weather? I know that I am an absolute frog – freeze when temperature drops below 23 degrees celsius, but having to light a fire and crank up the heating is just not what I expect to be doing in MAY!

Anyway, it got me thinking about different foods mums could eat, that would not only be healthy, but also help with milk production. It will need to be easy to prepare and totally delicious, so today, I am offering you soup!

I know all the ingredients are in the shops already, so you won’t be sent on a wild goose chase either.

Have a look at this soup below. The papaya and ginger gives it a distinct summer twist and it will certainly warm you up over the next few days as the cold winds sweep across Britain.  The Soup Queen

That is all I have time for today, but think I will run a food theme for a few days. There has to be a biscuit recipe that promotes milk production!

Will look for one and post it tomorrow.

Have a good day!
