I love it when a plan comes together!
Yesterday I held my first Breastfeeding Workshop at my brand new practice in Twickenham and it was a huge success.
I shouldn’t be surprised really as these very same Breastfeeding Workshops were fully booked months in advance when I held them at the Harley Street Clinic.
My content is totally unique…
- I will tell you how to hold, position and latch your baby for painless feeds – building a solid foundation is really important.
- I will tell you how to keep your baby awake during feeds so that he or she gets enough food - no not the tickling and blowing…but some fabulous tips that work instantly.
- I will tell you how you know one breast is empty and when to move onto the other – it really is a doddle when you know how.
- I won’t tell you about all the benefits – just some of the really amazing ones that you haven’t heard before.
- I won’t tell you that breastfeeding happens naturally – I know that it doesn’t so have lots of practical tips to help it happen.
- I won’t pretend that it is simple and easy – but will show you how to tell that what you are doing is good or needs a little tweaking.
But don’t worry about remembering all this, as you will get your very own Let’s Breastfeed Program before you even arrive.
This will allow you to read through the relevant chapters before you arrive and then have everything to hand when baby arrives.
This is why my workshops are so successful. You know everything you need to before having baby, but have the back up and information to hand after the delivery as well.
