Stopping mastitis by detecting early signs

Thank you for your messages and questions – I am pleased that you find this Blog so helpful!

Anyway – I have had quite a few recent queries about mastitis and how to treat mastitis quickly and effectively by identifying early warning signs.

Mastitis will develop in stages, first you will experience lumps, then tenderness, swelling and heat, then the fever which is really nasty and to be avoided at all costs.

I have found in the past that moms are only taught a fraction of what they should do to prevent mastitis from escalating – which is why so many women actually get worse after seeking advice – whether it is on the internet or through free clinics.

This is the primary reason for writing the mastitis guide – you will learn: How to stop mastitis developing any further
How to reduce your recovery time
How to avoid further episodes of mastitis by indentifying the root of your problem.

You simply will not find indepth information like this anywhere else, so if you are struggling – all the answers you need are on the home page. Get yourself a copy and get started on your recovery plan.

Much love,

Geraldine

Sorry to be off topic, but I like your posts and I wanted some feedback for my blog. I have a hard time writing, but I do want to share my experiences. Am I stuck between a rock and a hard place? Or should I just do it?
