Persistent Thrush!

Are you suffering thrush symptoms on the nipple that simply will NOT go away!

Have you been treated with a good dose of fluconazole and at this point, neither you nor your doctor know where to turn next? Has a specialist told you that you don’t actually have thrush, but something called vaso spasm of the breast, but are still not seeing the benefits of treatment?

It is true that in some cases, thrush becomes resistant to the affects of fluconazole. It is also true that there is another condition, linked to poor circulation called vaso spasm, which presents very similarly to thrush and is actually aggravated by the use of fluconazole.

But where do you go if you have explored both of these and are still finding no solution?

I have one – eczema! You have got to be kidding – right? No actually. I have treated many moms with all the usual suspects, starting with the organic natural remedies and working up to serious doses of medication.

Along the way we have enjoyed short lived respite from intense pain, but it always comes back and shatters any hope of pain free feeds.

That is, of course until I started sending clients to a dermatologist, who quickly assessed the matter at hand and treated the sore nipples for eczema – even though there was no record of moms ever experiencing eczema before birth.
