Are you looking for a breastfeeding workshop in London? Well you have come to the right place!

Attending a breastfeeding workshop before your baby arrives is probably one of the best ways to prepare yourself, providing the workshop that you are attending focuses on the practical aspects of breastfeeding – rather than the benefits of breastfeeding!

The problem is that most first time mothers are so focused on getting through the birth, that they overlook the importance of breastfeeding. I can understand that, especially as many moms are told that breastfeeding is easy and baby will instinctively know how to find the breast and latch on without causing and damage to the nipples.

Now this is not always true and trying to find help once you have had your baby, is going to be a lot harder. Not only are you going to be sore and tired from your delievery, you are going to be bombarded with bit of advice from nearly every person you meet. Usualy this advice conflicts with advice you were given by the previous person which causes confusion and frustration.

The only draw back from attending a breastfeeding workshop, is that you are not sure what you will be working with once your baby arrives and secondly, you won’t have a good referrence to go back to – to read up on various problems.

I have thought about this already and have the answer!

My breastfeeding workshops are small and frequent, so you can just drop me an email and pop down one Saturday close to your delivery date. I try to be as flexible as possible, so you may even be the only one in the class!

Before you arrive, I will send you a copy of my Let’s Breastfeed Program and tell you which chapters to look at before you arrive.

Whilst you are here, we will go through the basics, answer your questions and practice the practical aspect of positioning and attachment.

As you will have the online Let’s Breastfeed Program on your computer – you will be able to refer back to this at any time of the day.
