Let's Breastfeed

Back to basics!

Have you ever tried to learn a new skill, and rather than mastering the basics first, have moved onto the next step a little quicker than maybe you should have, only to find yourself going back to basics again?

A lot of breastfeeding moms are finding that they need to get back to basics to resolve breastfeeding problems.

The problem being that by the time they realize they need to get back to basics, they are so confused about all the conflicting advice they have been given and don’t know where to turn?

Everyone says something different and none of it seems relevant to their situation, sound familiar?

I visited a client yesterday who was experiencing extreme pain during feeds. We went through 4 basic steps of positioning and attachment and her pain levels dropped from ‘excruciating’ to ‘pleasant’ on the ‘pain-o-gram’ during the feed. Over the next few days, provided the technique is applied, her nipples will recover completely and there will be no pain during breastfeeding!

Isn’t that wonderful? Isn’t that just great? Everyday I am inspired by my clients. Seeing how just 4 basic steps can turn a nightmare into a dream!

I really urge you all to get back to basics, for your own sake. Don’t put up with searing pain and dreading each feed.

I have spent months creating an affordable solutions for you. Please take advantage of them and get on with enjoying breastfeeding!

Wishing you every success and happy feeding!

Geraldine
